Alexandra Beaumont

Alexandra commenced practice in Wellington and worked in general practice, but with a focus on criminal and family law matters.  She has appeared in the District Court, Family Court and High Court in both Wellington and Christchurch.  Alexandra regularly appears as Lawyer for Child and Counsel to Assist the Court.  She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Society.

 

Alexandra has considerable skills and expertise in assisting parties to achieve a negotiated outcome / settlement where appropriate,  in both her roles of Lawyer for Child and counsel for a party, together with significant litigation experience.  Clients are supported and guided through the difficult experience of Family Court proceedings with a compassionate approach together with quality and focused legal advice.
